Terms of Using betano-vstup.cz

These terms govern the relationship between us, the operator of betano-vstup.cz, and anyone who comes to the site. You can write to us at contact@betano-vstup.cz.

The terms use these words:

• website: the pages at betano-vstup.cz, a standalone project with information on the Betano brand that doubles as an affiliate (partner) site;
• user: anybody who opens the website or works with its content in another way, whether a human being or a company (a natural or legal person);
• affiliate link: a link to a gambling operator or to one of its business partners, the use of which may entitle us to a commission.

Here you will find independent overviews, reviews and news on online gambling, centred mostly on Betano. All of it is for orientation and creates no obligation for anyone.

What the site does not allow: opening a player account, depositing money, playing, or having your identity checked. We run no gambling, and under Act No. 186/2016 Coll., on Gambling, we are not a gambling operator.

The rules and conditions binding on players come from the gambling operator, the company KAIZEN GAMING CZ LIMITED, which holds a licence from the Czech Ministry of Finance. You can confirm this in the MF ČR public list of licensed operators.

Texts and graphics of the site, as well as its databases, structure and source code, enjoy protection under the Copyright Act (Act No. 121/2000 Coll.), as amended. Using them for personal needs is fine. To spread, copy, adapt or otherwise use them, you need our written consent in advance.

The Betano brand is a different matter: it belongs to its owner, and we hold no rights to those trademarks. We mention them only descriptively, so that you know which brand and which products we are writing about, and no tie between us and the owner of the marks follows from that.

The site contains affiliate (partner) links, and Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, requires us to point them out to you. They take you to the pages of a gambling operator or its business partners, and a click-through may earn us a commission. You pay nothing extra because of it. These links have no say in what we present on the site, in what order, or how we rate information.

We make a reasonable effort to keep the information on the site correct and current. It cannot be entirely excluded, though, that some of it will be incomplete, out of date or mistaken. Our texts are purely informative and are not legal, financial, tax or other expert advice. Before you decide, check the information in official sources, first of all directly with the gambling operator.

We are not liable:

• for other people's pages we link to, for what is on them or for whether they can be reached;
• for the offers and conditions of the gambling operator;
• for harm or losses that come from using information or services of third parties.

If you enter into a legal relationship with a gambling operator, we are not a party to it.

The site is only for people over 18 years of age. Users confirm that they are past that age; younger persons may not use the site. The gambling we write about is governed by Act No. 186/2016 Coll.

What happens to personal data, meaning which data we process, why and how, and how we use cookies under § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., is explained in a separate personal data protection policy. In doing so we follow Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data, and other rules relevant to processing.

Relationships created by using the site are subject to Czech law, chiefly the Civil Code and the rules connected with it. Disputes are heard in the Czech Republic by the court of general jurisdiction of the website operator.

If you are a consumer, you can try to settle a dispute with us out of court at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2; how to proceed is explained at www.adr.coi.cz. The European ODR platform for online dispute resolution no longer works, so you cannot open a dispute at its old address ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

The terms came into force on the day they were posted on the site. We may change or add to them at any time, even without your consent; each new version applies from the moment we post it on the site. As a user you are obliged to follow their current wording regularly. If you go on using the site after a change, you thereby accept the new wording.

If one provision is invalid or ineffective, the others are not affected. Whatever the terms do not expressly deal with is governed by the law in force in the Czech Republic. Questions about the terms or requests for further information go to contact@betano-vstup.cz.
